Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the goods purchased, you may return or exchange the goods at the respective Econsave outlets within 7 days from the date of purchase with the following conditions:

  • Original Receipt is provided
  • Product(s) are still in good condition with original packaging
  • Price tags are still intact(if any)

This policy does not apply to the following categories:

  • Electrical Goods (please refer to Econsave Brand Electrical Products Return Policy at customer service counter or electric counter);
  • Fresh and frozen foods;
  • Top Up / Reload (Mobile);
  • Undergarments;
  • Clearance products;
  • Broken/ Dented/ Defected products that are caused by customer’s own carelessness.

Econsave Brand Products Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with any Econsave Brand product purchased from our outlets, you may return the product for replacement or refund within 7 days. Econsave brands are as follows:

Product may be refunded or exchanged at the respective Econsave outlets within 7 days from the date of purchase with the following conditions:

  1. Original receipt is provided.
  2. Products are still in good condition in original packaging.
  3. Price tag is not removed (if any)

This policy does not apply to the following categories:

  • Electrical Goods (please refer to Econsave Brand Electrical Products Return Policy at customer service counter or electric counter);
  • Fresh and frozen foods;
  • Top Up / Reload (Mobile);
  • Undergarments;
  • Clearance products;
  • Broken/ Dented/ Defected products that are caused by customer’s own carelessness.

Econsave Brand Electrical Products Return Policy

Econsave Housebrand electrical products (Sabichi, Matsutech and Salco) may be exchanged with similar products if the products are returned in their original packaging with the original receipt within 7 days from the date of purchase.

You may choose one of the two options given below if any electrical product purchased is defective/faulty within 1 year from the date of purchase:

  1. Send the defective/faulty item(s) to our respective outlets together with the warranty card for us to send to our supplier for repair. The process might take approximately 2-3 weeks depending on the condition of the item. Upon completion of repair, we will notify you to collect the item from our outlet.
  2. You may send the item directly to the supplier for repair. Supplier’s information will be provided to you upon request.

Please note that you are not allowed to exchange or request a refund for an electrical item which has been tested prior to purchase.

No exchange or return is allowed for mobile accessories, batteries, power bank, PC accessories, TV Brackets and water filter.

Please test the electrical product before purchasing.

FAQ

  1. Can I return an item to Econsave without a receipt?
    • No. we only accept exchange of Econsave Brand product without receipt. Receipt must be provided for return or exchange of other products. A scanned copy or clear photo of the receipt taken by phone is sufficient.
  2. Can I return an items to any Econsave outlets?
    • No, the item can only be returned or exchanged at the respective outlets the item is purchased.
  3. Can I return an opened items to Econsave?
    • Yes, you may return an opened item to Econsave that is defective within 7 days from the date of purchase together with the receipt.
  4. What if a free gift is not available at our outlet due to late delivery by supplier?
    • You can leave your name and phone number with our outlet’s customer service and we will contact you once the free gift is available in the outlet.*
  5. What if I forget to claim the free gift on the same day of purchase?
    • It is advisable to collect the free gift on the same day as the free gift is subject to availability or while stocks last. If unavoidable, you may bring the receipt within the promotion period of the item to claim the free gift subject to first come, first served and while stocks last policy.*
  6. Can I claim free gift from another outlet?
    • No. Free gift must be redeemed at the outlet the purchase is made.*

* Please note that request for fully redeemed (out of stock) free gift made known to customer prior to purchase will not be entertained.

* All “Off Pack” free gifts must be redeemed at our customer service counter.

* All “On Pack” free gifts will be attached together with the promotion products and no redemptions are required.
