Job Requirements:

• Possess strong network of tenants and contracts. Have good contacts with major retailers in the industry.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Understanding and good knowledge of Malaysian retail market is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in retail leasing and tenancy management.
• Independent and result-oriented.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Leasing Manager with specific responsibilities for leasing, marketing and lease management activities of the outlets, include inter-alia the followings:
• To Marketing, negotiating with potential tenant in new lease and existing empty shop lot and kiosk, festival season fair or events.
• Contacting potential tenant or existing tenants in the phone, by email or WhatsApp and in person.
• Monitor rental payments to ensure timely settlement by tenants.
• Responsible for handling lease documentation e.g. Tenancy Agreement and Offer Letter.
• Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Reporting daily schedule to GM.
