Dressing:

  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 4 tbsp Plum Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Five Spice Powder
  • 15g White Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Lime Juice

Methods:

  • Prepare 1/3 of thinned and sliced Turnip, Carrot, Cucumber and Coriander Leaves
  • Set aside all ingredients separately
  • Next, prepare 5 peeled Shatang Tangerine, 1 thinned and sliced Vietnam Pitaya, Huang Guan Pear and Premium Fuji Apple - make sure all ingredients are placed separately
  • Arrange vegetables and fruits into individual sections on a large platter
  • Drizzle dressing over vegetables and fruits and squeeze 1 Lime Juice on top as well
  • Start tossing the Healthy Yee Sang and enjoy fresh!
