Yee Sang Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/3 thinned & sliced Turnip
- 1/3 thinned & sliced Carrot
- 1/3 thinned & sliced Cucumber
- 1/3 Coriander Leaves
- 5 peeled Shatang Tangerine
- 1 thinned & sliced Vietnam Pitaya
- 1 thinned & sliced Huang Guan Pear
- 1 thinned & sliced Premium Fuji Apple
- 33g Cashew Nuts Mixed Almonds
- 22g roughly chopped Salted Peanuts
Dressing:
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 4 tbsp Plum Sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- ½ tsp Five Spice Powder
- 15g White Sesame Seeds li>
- 1 Lime Juice li>
Methods:
- Prepare 1/3 of thinned and sliced Turnip, Carrot, Cucumber and Coriander Leaves
- Set aside all ingredients separately
- Next, prepare 5 peeled Shatang Tangerine, 1 thinned and sliced Vietnam Pitaya, Huang Guan Pear and Premium Fuji Apple - make sure all ingredients are placed separately
- Arrange vegetables and fruits into individual sections on a large platter
- Drizzle dressing over vegetables and fruits and squeeze 1 Lime Juice on top as well
- Start tossing the Healthy Yee Sang and enjoy fresh!
