Snow Fungus Dessert Recipe
Ingredient
- 3L Water
- 100g Snow Fungus (soaked overnight & cut into small chunks)
- 8 Red Dates (cut into halves)
- 30g Longan
- 120g Honeycomb Sugar (adjust for taste)
Steps to prepare
- In a pot, bring the water to boil and add the fungus to simmer for 5-8 minutes.
- Add the red dates and longan to simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Then, add the honeycomb sugar and continue simmering for 8-10 minutes.
