Customer Service Representative

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle customers enquiries with proper courtesy and promptly, provide solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Arrange any incoming documents systematically
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Assist in improving the process of the customer service department to ensure progress and smoother flow of operation
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree of any field
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal)
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office tools
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
